Internationally known as one of jazz’s great musicians and one of the pioneers of modern jazz, he was there in the middle of it all. Despite struggling with drug addiction for many years his treasured personal relationships with some of Jazz’s biggest names sustained him through a turbulent life whilst he fulfilled his many ambitions and achievements. The choices he made sometimes brought him to the edge and perhaps not the recognition he deserved. Composing music for the critically acclaimed opera Zyklon with Julian Barry and composing Tamburello, a tribute to Ayrton Senna, Peter’s talents are not only wide ranging, but insightful too. His is a an exhilarating high octane journey in the jazz world and beyond.
